Noodle blog!!!

I have been in Japan for nearly 2 years and I have not written about my experiences in one of my favorite culinary areas: RAMEN/UDON/SOBA, ie noodles. I love noodles and Japan is a great country to experience a lot of different kinds of offerings in this area. I want to try to document, at least once a week, some of my fantastic noodle adventures.
